Family Day Celebrating the Day of Hungarian Folk Tales

When: Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Where: Hungarian House of New York

213 E 82 Street, New York, NY 10028

1:30 PM – Playhouse Rock’n’Roll with Eszter Kárász and the Eszter-lánc Fairy-tale Band

Eszter Kárász and Eszter-lánc Fairy-tale Band perform an interactive show for children and childlike adults, where stories come to life with the help of music and, of course, children. The songs, sounds and instruments all become characters in a fairy tale, whose adventures can be shaped by the children’s ideas. Children’s songs and poems set to music by contemporary poets will accompany us on our journey, which may well end with new band members among the children.
