Submissions for the 2023 General Meeting:

1. The Board proposes to amend the organization’s bylaws to adjust the date of the Annual General Meeting from September to October. In September the priority is to organize and kick off the new school year. In addition, the financial year of the organization ends in September and having the Annual Meeting after the closing of the financial year would be practical.
2. The Board proposes to amend the organization’s bylaws to allow the Board to create the school calendar. Practically, the calendar must be finalized before the Annual Meeting takes place.
